Pets -The owners allow up to 2 dogs, but no other kinds of pets. Please specify whether your dogs are giant breeds as this will require agreement before booking. -Dogs must be booked in and the cost is £20 per dog. -Dogs are not allowed on the furniture, including the sofas. Dogs upstairs are strictly prohibited, there is a fabric stair gate at the foot of the stairs for this purpose. Dogs must sleep in the kitchen, preferably in their own crate. -Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. -Please clean muddy dogs using the outside tap provided (by the bin store). -Dogs must not be left alone in the property at any time. -If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive dog hair we will charge a £50 fee to cover the extra cleaning costs. If your dog have been on sofas or upstairs this will result in a loss of the full security bond. -You are responsible for your dog and you will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
