Family Fund and Inspire

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Inspire!

Family Fund are a charity that help families across the UK who are raising a disabled or seriously ill child or young person aged 17 or under. You can apply for a grant to help with essential items and family breaks.

Family Fund will consider grants for family breaks which are facilitated through Inspire. This means that we are now able to also accept Family Fund vouchers/cards too! To see if Family Fund can help you, please click here to go to their website for full information and to apply for a grant.

How do I book using my Family Fund/Inspire vouchers?

To make a booking using your inspire voucher, you will need to contact Inspire directly. This is usually easier during the week when they have a full team in the office. Inspire will need to know th property you wish to book, along with the dates of your stay. It is best practice to have several dates in mind if possible. If you are struggling to get in touch with someone, please let us know and we can forward your details to them, and someone will call you back.

Inspire will contact us to confirm availability and pricing and will then contact you back to take the booking and issue their booking terms and conditions (please note that these will be different to our own terms and conditions) Inspire will also arrange to take the payment from you at that point. If the holiday home you have booked is more than the voucher total, Inspire will take the voucher as a deposit, and the remaining balance will need to be paid to Inspire as per their terms. If the holiday home you have booked also requires a security bond, this will need to be paid directly to us and is not covered by the Inspire voucher.

Once Inspire notify us that the payment has been arranged, we will then email you with one of our booking forms. This will need to be completed and returned to secure your booking. No reservation is secured until we receive the competed form.

Please note that you will need to be in receipt of a valid inspire voucher to make a booking.

Inspire apply a booking fee on to the cost of all bookings. up to 7% of that commission cost goes directly back to Family Fund to help more families holiday together. We have no control over the percentage that Inspire add.
