Sunlight floods the whole place thanks to a wow-factor floor-to-ceiling window at the very centre of the property. And if that wasn’t enough, there is a hot tub in the garden. This self-catering holiday cottage sleeps up to six.
Located on the historic Welbeck estate, nestled within Sherwood Forest in north Nottinghamshire. Wonderful country walks straight from the door and a great central location for exploring Rufford, Newstead, Clumber, Bolsover Castle and Hardwick Hall.
La Roche is a spacious, bright cottage thanks to its open plan design, and floor to ceiling windows in the centre of the cottage. La Roche offers a private hot tub which is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring everything the estate has to offer.

A Spectrum Pack of Sensory Toys and equipment is available for your use and includes: a selection of handheld fidget toys, sensory light toys, sensory play mats, mirrors, and visual resources.

There are key lockable windows to some windows however all upstairs windows are restricted
The exterior doors have thumb turner locks
There is an upper-level balcony overlooking the ground floor, with a three-foot (approx) safety railing in place. However, this may not be sufficient for children who enjoy climbing or who may have a limited awareness of potential hazards.
The bedroom doors are fitted with internal thumb-turn locks. In the event that a child accidentally locks themselves inside, an emergency lock opener is provided to allow the door to be unlocked quickly from the outside.

How to book/Prices
There is a 2 night minimum stay in place for La Roche with a Monday arrival day. Friday arrivals require a 3 night minimum stay.
To secure a reservation there is a 30% non refundable deposit with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
Prices will fluctuate throughout the year and prices for a short stay at La Roche start at £795. Discounts and special offers may be available at certain times of the year.
