Description

Llangloffan Manse is a beautiful, self contained cottage which sleeps up to 6 people over 3 bedrooms. The cottage is attached to the owners house and is located in the small hamlet of Llangloffan, near Castlemorris, a small village in rural North Pembrokeshire known for its idyllic location and beautiful coastline, dark skies and a multitude of sandy beaches!

Upon stepping foot in the cottage, you are welcomed into a cosy lounge where you will find two comfortable sofas and an armchair centred around a wood burner. The cottage has a Smart TV with Freesat package, plus a DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. You can also choose from one of the many books the owners have provided, as well as games, Lego and DVD’s. The dining room is adjacent to the lounge and has a table for six plus a window seat overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils, as well as a coffee machine. The whole ground floor also benefits from underfloor heating. Upstairs you will find three large double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and there is a really great sized family bathroom with bath, walk-in shower cubicle and WC upstairs too.

Outside you will find a patio terrace with an outdoor dining table and charcoal BBQ. The garden looks out towards the countryside, and you may even spot a herd of cows in the adjacent field. There is also a large lawn area for children and dogs to run around on plus a climbing frame and a horse swing.

The driveway is sloping and leads up to a gravel drive that is shared with the owners. There is space for two guest cars parked next to the cottage. Please leave the exit for the owner’s car clear, and be aware that to exit the drive, you will need to do a three point turn (for which there is plenty of room) or alternatively reverse out.

The fields surrounding Llangloffan Manse are inhabited by cows for most of the year and you may hear them from the cottage.

Pembrokshire operate a comprehensive recycling system and there is an easy to follow system in place within the cottage to help you dispose of your rubbish correctly. More information and instructions can be found in the welcome folder.

You may hear farm traffic moving around the area from time to time.

Due to the new fire regulations there is a thumb turn lock on the entrance door, however there is also a bolt to the top and bottom of the door that can be used.
