Sleeping four, Phaleron is a quaint two-bedroom one-storey barn conversion packed with charm and style. Step inside, and you’ll find an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge complete with comfy seating and large television. Outside is a pretty patio and seating overlooking the courtyard.

The historic Welbeck estate is nestled within Sherwood Forest in north Nottinghamshire. Wonderful country walks straight from the door and a great central location for exploring Rufford, Newstead, Clumber, Bolsover Castle and Hardwick Hall.

A Spectrum Pack of Sensory Toys and equipment is available for your use and includes: a selection of handheld fidget toys, sensory light toys, sensory play mats, mirrors, and visual resources.

Things you may need to know

Every autistic person is unique, and while some may require additional accommodations such as lockable windows and doors, others may not. For this reason, we provide detailed property information to help families with autistic children make informed decisions based on their individual needs.

There are key lockable windows to some windows however all are restricted

The exterior doors have thumb turner locks

The garden is surrounded by a stone wall and fence.

The bedroom doors are fitted with internal thumb-turn locks. In the event that a child accidentally locks themselves inside, an emergency lock opener is provided to allow the door to be unlocked quickly from the outside.

How to book/Prices

There is a 2 night minimum stay in place for Phaleron with a Monday arrival day. Friday arrivals require a 3 night minimum stay.

To secure a reservation there is a 30% non refundable deposit with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival.

Prices will fluctuate throughout the year and prices for a short stay at Phaleron start at £429. Discounts and special offers may be available at certain times of the year.
